Once a project has started, we allocate time, resources, and expertise to ensure successful completion. Because of this, we do not typically offer refunds. However, we are always open to discussing concerns and finding the best possible resolution.

  • Service Not Delivered as Agreed: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service within the expected timeframe due to our fault.

  • Exceptional Cases: If a refund request is made before significant progress has been made on the project, we may consider a partial refund upon mutual agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work involved:

  • Consultations and Strategy Sessions: Once scheduled and conducted, consultation fees are non-refundable.

  • Completed or Delivered Work: If the service has been fulfilled as per the agreement, no refund will be provided.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any payments made to external services or providers on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please send a request to info@quicktechit.com with the following details:

  • Reason for Refund: A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  • Project Information: The project name, invoice number, and any relevant details.

  • Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, and phone number.

5. Our Review Process

  • We will assess your request and may reach out for further details.

  • A final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days through the original payment method.
